RUSH sacará nuevo recopilatorio

Rush reaparece en TV

Después de 33 años (1975), la banda canadiense Rush hizo su retorno a la televisión. Fue en esta semana cuando los progresivos fueron los invitados en el programa “The Colbert Report” de Comedy Central. Interpretaron la clásica ochentera “Tom Sawyer” aunque no salió completa debido a que la entrevista se alargó y el programa solamente dura media hora. Aún así lo que se pudo ver fue magnífico.

Rush aún NO confirma para Sudamérica

Hace unas semanas se confirmó el listado de fechas y locaciones de la gira de la banda y no se menciona sudamérica, a pesar de que el listado de fechas es hasta el día 22 de Julio.

Según el Sitio Rush is a Band :

 

«From what I’m hearing South America is still on. Be comforted by the fact that the band doesn’t even mention it at all in their press release. No news is good news. Right now they are still attempting to work out the logistics. The original plan was to move from Puerto Rico to South America and then Mexico. This plan got completely turned on its head in recent weeks. I’m not clear on the specific issues involved in why the South American dates had to be shifted out to August, but that’s what happened. So right now they are trying to confirm dates/venues and if/when they do, I’m sure they’ll let us know.»

Así que habrá que estar atento a los medios oficiales, para confirmar estas noticias.

Por otro lado, Geddy Lee y Alex Lifeson, sorprendieron a los fans de FOO FIGHTERS, cuando junto al baterísta de la banda –Taylor Hawkins- interpretaron el instrumental YYZ.
